The Introduce Yourself Thread!

Hello everyone, this thread is bound to be picking up pretty quick here, so everyone that wants to get to know a little about each other, here's the place to do it!

My name is Jimmy, I drive a 90 Sil80 with a type x sr, I enjoy driving, drifting, and sleeping. I do a lot of mechanic work, not much with auto body and paint, but one day I'll be there. I am currently sponsored by icaperformance.com at drifting. Maybe one day I'll see some of you guys on the track!

ZOMG! I still got work to do for this forum but its up none the less.

Need to finish Logo, colors, and additional modification, etc.

Anyways. Welcome!

I am Mark and I plan to buy a car within two years, currently undecided but i foresee the wave of nice RWD cars coming.

I have had 9 240sx's, 1, z32 300zx , 2 wrx's, and one RS 2.5. I need a balance of RWD and AWD here in Colorado. Although I grew up with RWD until I was 23, so I enjoy driving RWD in snow

I'm Bob, another one of the Admins here.

Currently thinking about a BMW 3 Series, hopefully next Spring. I think I might pick it up in Munich and get a chance to drive the Autobahn.

just a nut

Hey everyone, I'm not as much of an enthusiest as you guys, I'm just looking to buy a vehicle and figured one of you could help. I'm looking at a 96 minivan that used to be 4wd but was modified to rwd. Does anyone know the safety ramifications or functionality of the modified vehicle?

Really that just depends on the quality of work. What kind of minivan is it?

Auburn, WA, ay? I'm moving up to Portland in a couple months and I know that the Washington border is right across the bridge. I've been trying to get in touch with some local drifters from that area, so if you want to grab some lunch or something if Auburn is close let me know. I need to meet friends!!!! All my CA buddies are gonna be so far away!!!

Well of the 7 vehicles (inc 2 bikes) I have owned only one has been fwd the rest rwd. Guess which car I really didn't like much, there was nothing wrong with it just didn't like it. I guess I am the kind of girl who doesn't like being pulled (not always true). Currently I have a BWM 323i (auto).

Very nice, RJF (admin here) just bought a BMW xdrive 335, sadly he needed AWD for the Colorado weather.

I drove a e11 318i BMW way back in the day, god I loved that car. Worst body roll yet it always remained planted to the ground.

I second that! I must say zipties have saved my front bumper on numerous occasions.
